PROCEDURE OF SENDING BULK VOICE CALL

Click on "OBD APP
Click on "Clip ID"
Click on "Add Clip ID
Give name to clip and upload
Click on "View Clip ID
Note "Clip ID " of uploaded file
Click on "Campaign ID"
Click on "Create Campaign"
Select call flow as "ivrobd0"
Select "Clip ID"
Select SMS "No"
Put remark if any
Click on create
Message "Success! Queued Successfully Refresh in few seconds" will appear
Click OK 
Click on "Make Call"
Select Campaign ID of uploaded file
Copy - Paste mobile numbers
Click on "Unique" (duplicate mobile numbers will removed)
Select "Maimun retries" as 3
Select "Retry Time" 30
Schedule Call if required
Tag any note
Click on "Send"
